Xperience Kiroseiz Aquapark Premier-Naama Bay Hotel Sharm el-Sheikh, Sharm el-Sheikh

The hotel is situated just on El Slam Road, offering fair dining options and convenient access for attendees of WYF. Despite being nearby Khalej Nema, it's about a 10-minute drive away at most. While interactions with the manager George and Yaser were positive, there were markedly inconsistent responses from staff. The rooms were plagued by mosquito and bug infestations, far from the reception and parking areas, requiring a lengthy walk daily for meals and aqua excursions, and furnished with aged décor. Numerous maintenance issues like faulty AC, poor bed quality, plumbing problems, and insufficient facilities necessitated multiple requests for essentials like towels, sheets, and water.

The hotel is decent but has some cleanliness issues in the rooms and pool. The staff is friendly, but the services are not always top-notch. The location is convenient, and some dining experiences are good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its great location right by two beautiful beaches. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Miss Mayada in guest relations. The Aqua Park was also a fantastic addition to the amenities. However, the service could be a hit or miss, with some staff being incredibly hardworking like Shawky, Mina, and Chef Mohamed, while others were quite incompetent under pressure.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was fantastic, especially the efforts of Mr Kirollos, who even took us to see the church. The room was not up to standard, falling apart and dirty, but the aqua park was enjoyable. The beach offers a great experience, thanks to the hotel's location and friendly staff, like Miss Mayada from guest relations.

The hotel had big and nice rooms with nice views, but they lacked amenities and had issues with AC, bed quality, plumbing, and service. The staff, notably Eslam and Room Division Manager Mr Hassan, made the stay special, though services like room service were fantastic. The location, while close to Naama Bay, was far from the sea. The dining experience was small and limited. The facilities were average overall.
